Our Greek Series Infant Hands are realistically molded from soft, flexible, durable polymers. The ALPHA (2-12 months), BETA (10-24 months) and GAMMA (20-36 months) models are gender-neutral with visible fingernails and creasing, and are all slightly different to reflect the developing anatomy of a child’s hand. The hands are perfect for crawling and bi-manual object control and passive object holding, no cabling required. The material is easily cleaned and daily cleaning is recommended. For children ages 6-months to 36-months and all levels of limb absence. The half-inch diameter threaded stud at the wrist is removeable. We recommend the TRS Infant Wrist or Child Wrist for this series. 

The L’il E-Z is the first product to be successfully developed and manufactured under a cooperative agreement between Los Amigos Research and Education Institute (LAREI) (Rancho Los Amigos) and Fillauer TRS Inc. It’s designed to be a child’s first functional, anatomically correct prosthetic hand.

L’il E-Zs have unique, self-energizing grasping mechanical components, molded inside a soft flexible polymer body. Life-like, molded anatomical features balance the device aesthetics with function, no glove required. The thumb opens easily to allow for an object to be inserted and held but resists easy object release. This makes it useful for crawling and bilateral control as well as unilateral manipulation. Recommended for trans-radial and trans-humeral infants 6-months to 24-months old. We recommend the TRS Infant wrist made specifically for the L’il E-Z hand. No cabling.

With the Natural Definition Glove, we take prosthetic cosmetic gloves to the next level. Using a dual layer of PVC, added fibers and an airbrushed finish, the glove presents with deeper definition and a more natural look. Gloves are available in a red and yellow scale, with eight colors in each scale. One of the 16 skin colors will complement most skin tones. The gloves are treated with a Micro Coated surface making it more durable and stain resistant compared to a standard PVC glove. With environmental stewardship and developing a sustainable future in mind, the PVC used is free from all heavy metals and phthalates, giving you a skin-friendly and fully recyclable product. This is an adult version of the popular Lite Touch Children’s Biomechanical Hands. The adult model is a light to medium duty, voluntary closing hand with the anatomical features molded into the flexible, polymer finger and hand surfaces. No glove is required. It is cable activated (pull to close). The Adult Lite Touch is best suited for older teenagers and average stature adults who wish to have a more cosmetic prosthesis with enough function to handle general domestic and ADL type activities. It is not designed for rigorous use or heavy manual tasks and will not support an adult’s body weight due to the flexible fingers. An excellent mechanical hand compliment to the Grip Prehensor. The Black Iron Master is designed for high-performance, heavy-duty and professional level weightlifting and training. It is made of aircraft grade aluminum with steel hardware and thick polymer rubber pads. The device mechanically grasps and locks onto handles and bars with a swinging gate and wing nut closure to provide unparalleled security and stability for weight work. The Amp-U-Pod is a simple but versatile prosthetic accessory that adapts to any camera equipped with a standard ¼ inch-20 tripod mount receiver. Supports the camera on an angular arm equipped with a pivoting, lockable tripod mount to facilitate photographing at a variety of angles. The overall size conforms to anatomy and proportions of a human hand with extended fingers. The Black Iron Lite Pivot is designed for aerobic style weight exercise and cable machine or resistance exercise and training. It is perfect for teenagers and women seeking a safe, reliable prosthesis for light duty weight resistance training. The Black Iron Lite is a lower cost, lighter weight, more aesthetic, weight training device. It is not recommended to be used with weights in excess of 20 pounds (9kg). The device is made from high strength nylon and is equipped with a ratchet type lock down strap for securely capturing weights and handles. The Criterium+ is the newest and highest performance bicycling device that we offer. It was originally designed for BMX style bicycle competition but it will perform well on most all types of bicycles for either paved street, gravel-dirt road or more rugged all-terrain environments.

The Downhill Racer is molded of flexible high-performance polyurethane and features a unique pole snap-in, pop-out action for safety and convenience. It has a pre-flexed pole angle for ensuring that the basket clears the snow. Lightweight at only 4 oz. (114 gm). Multiple flexibilities are available to meet specific age, weight and performance criteria and we can build one to meet individual needs. It is designed to fit 5/8-inch (1.6 cm) diameter poles; however, the system is modifiable for other equipment and an adapter is available for accommodating alternative pole sizes-diameters. The Racer was designed for slalom and downhill activity, cross-country skiing and mountaineering when with a hiking pole. Molded from a soft to medium hardness shock absorbing flexible polymer in various durable strengths, the Dragon’s uniquely shaped surfaces duplicate closed fist-like anatomy and provide high traction on the mat. Specifically designed for martial arts, wrestling, contact sports and floor exercise activities, it is useful for sparring, grappling, chopping or punching. Universal left or right fit. The Drum Stick Adapter provides a unique design, which allows the stick to not only pivot but pivot under an adjustable tension load. This feature enables the drummer to create spontaneous drum rolls and execute other drumming techniques. The drumstick and adapter will require simple modification which comes in the instructions. The Flexible Thing was designed for water sports activities using a tow rope handle system, such as water skiing, towed tubing, etc. where two handed gripping and instant release is necessary. The high strength, flexible strap is wrapped two or three times around a handle or object and then over-grasped with the sound hand to prevent strap release. When the sound hand lets go or is pulled off, the strap slips free and safely releases from the handle or object. An added buckle secures control of the object when spontaneous release is not required for safety. This lightweight device features an adjustable friction pivot wrist. The Free Flex Hand is designed to enable two-handed performance in all types of recreational and athletic activities, especially those in which player contact and collision can occur, or where more expensive prosthetics are not wanted/allowed. This passive hand is made of flexible but strong, polyurethane elastomer with stainless-steel and aluminum cores allowing it to flex and extend with external pressure and absorb shock then return to its normal shape. Realistic anatomical features are molded into the back of the hand with a cupped surface on the front. Successful application can be expected in basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, skating, jogging, aerobics, dance, martial arts and more. The Freestyle Swimming Device is a recreational accessory designed to be used with a custom swimming prosthesis for those interested in high performance or competitive swimming. The design which mimics a folding wing reduces resistance during stroke recovery, but flares open to provide maximum resistance during the power stroke. The device can be rotated to optimize various swimming strokes and styles. The wings can be fixed in a flared position for treading water and water aerobic exercise. The Freestyle comes in an adult size but can be easily modified down to conform to smaller hand displacements using standard shop equipment. Universal right or left fit. The Guitar Pick Adapter is designed to be mounted close to the distal end of a prosthesis or direct mounted to a roll-on locking liner. It holds a pick in place with set screws for playing guitar. The adapter is highly adjustable with a ball and socket component allowing for the pick to be held and locked at specific angles to suit prosthesis, guitar design and style of play. The popular Hammerhead Pivot is lightweight and compact and provides more natural wrist action when paddling. The device features a high strength, structural nylon construction with stainless-steel hardware and a flexible wrap around polyurethane, strap coupling that safely secures the paddle handle. It has replaceable, non-marring friction surfaces for high torque paddle control and duplicates the bio-mechanical wrist action required for performance kayaking. The pivot itself provides about 32 extra degrees of friction adjustable freedom in wrist movement that is perfect for replicating kayak paddling biomechanics. This added range of motion enhances the usefulness and performance of the device providing better, more powerful control over the paddle. Universal left or right fit. The Helix is a cross-over, vocational/advocational terminal device designed to connect to all long handle instruments and tools, such as rakes, shovels, garden implements, as well as devices used in stick-based sports (lacrosse, hockey, cricket, etc.) The unique, high strength, flexible, polymer, helix coils allow handles of various diameters and shapes to weave in and out of the connection system with minimal effort.
