Flexible Thing

The Flexible Thing was designed for water sports activities using a tow rope handle system, such as water skiing, towed tubing, etc. where two handed gripping and instant release is necessary. The high strength, flexible strap is wrapped two or three times around a handle or object and then over-grasped with the sound hand to prevent strap release. When the sound hand lets go or is pulled off, the strap slips free and safely releases from the handle or object. An added buckle secures control of the object when spontaneous release is not required for safety. This lightweight device features an adjustable friction pivot wrist. It has a standard ½ inch diameter threaded mounting connector to fit most standard wrist openings. The reinforced strap is very grippy and is rated to 1000 lbs (453 kg). The 12-inch long, 1-inch-wide strap is replaceable and can be modified for length as needed. Universal right or left fit.
