The Hoopster is molded from a stiff flexible polymer with a dual surface hoop designed to fit the shape and size of a standard basketball. The Hoopster design was conceived of by a bilateral amputee Hector Piccard and is capable of single-handed basketball control. It provides both dorsal and ventral (palmer) ball control surfaces for dribbling, shooting and handling the ball on the court. The built-in stabilizing “heel” helps capture the ball quickly and offers increased accuracy while shooting and the pre-positional lockable wrist angle mechanism can be set to suit the user’s specific needs and functional capability. Lightweight at only 6 ounces the device is great for adolescents through adults with both below elbow and long above elbow hand absence. Universal left or right fit.

The ISHI is made of strong, compliant polyurethane, and designed to fit onto most archery bows or fishing rods. For archery, a special offset flexible aperture captures the bow’s handle and allows the bow to nest comfortably providing the perfect alignment for accurate arrow flight. A ratchet strap and buckle system lightly secure the bow in place without inducing any torque into the system. The standard ISHI can be used safely with bows with up to 20.4kg of draw weight for archers as young as five years old through young adulthood. The Heavy Duty ISHI can handle bows with weights up to 31kg and is recommended for medium to heavier fishing applications. The ISHI weighs 170 grams, mounts both right or left-handed and is equipped with a USA standard, threaded mounting connector.

The Kahuna Paddling Surf and Swim accessory is specifically designed for ocean surfing. It is constructed of an unbreakable, high-strength polymer with a concave palm to allow for rigorous paddling and rail control. The unique “heel” design at its base provides a platform for pushing up and off the board. Aggressive texture on all surfaces enhances board control in the wet environment. The Rebound Pro enables safe, quick action control of the ball during any dribbling, shooting and passing situation for the player with a unilateral hand absence. The Re-Bound Pro is strong but flexible. It provides a unique, resilient wrist/hand and finger-like type of ball control which perfectly matches the basketball contour and its raised “friction discs” enhance handling. The ½ inch diameter threaded stud fits any USA Standard made wrists. The Mill’s Rebound Pro was inspired by the Will Mills family in Colorado. Recommended for ages 10 and up. The Mountain Master is made of strong and flexible polyurethane with a stainless-steel ball-pedestal mount and machined aluminum on the mounting hub. It fits all standard 7/8-inch diameter handlebars and features a snap-on, lift-off function with adjustable tension holes. The rider controls the quick disconnect release system (the device is not locked onto the handlebars). The device is designed to offer stability and control and passive contoured features provide bike frame carrying capability. It has a standard ½ inch diameter mounting connector to fit most standard wrist openings. Universal left or right fit.

The Multi-D (Multi-Diameter) and the Multi-D Pivot expertly control cylindrical handles with diameters ranging from 1-1/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches. The one-inch wide, heavy duty, quick-release, ratchet strap and buckle system provide easy adjustability. A high strength flexible body with rocker action allow for wide angles of control. The Multi-D is perfect for rowing, river kayaking, holding all types of tools and sports equipment that utilize cylindrical handles. The Multi-D Pivot provides about 32 extra degrees of friction adjustable freedom in wrist motion, improving performance and comfort. The Pinch Hitter is constructed with flexible, synthetic rubber which snaps securely on and off bat handles. Universal right- or left-hand side but performs best on the leading arm and needs to be over-gripped with the second hand for security. The Pinch Hitter not only transfers energy but stores and releases energy helping control bat swing, improve swing speed and increase ball hitting distances. It screws into standard prosthetic wrists or disconnect style wrist adapters. There are three versions available: The Pinch Hitter designed for Little League age kids or persons with smaller hand proportions; the Pitch Hitter Heavy Duty designed for adults and older kids who need more performance; and the Pinch Hitter Flex designed for adults who play frequently/aggressively and want the convenience of a longer adapter or replaceable flexible coupling. The device can also be positioned on a pool cue handle providing a snug fit.

Enjoy the aerobic health benefits of rope jumping! Rocky Mountain High Skip Ropes are designed especially for use with a prosthesis. These are the same typ of light-weight, high-peformance skip ropes used around the USA by rope skipping exhibition teams. Also included is a specially-designed skip rope adapter that is angled precisely to optimize rope skipping with the prosthesis. The skip rope handle securely and safely force fits onto the adapter. 

The Shroom Tumbler is a unique mushroom shaped recreational prosthetic accessory designed for floor exercise, tumbling and other mat-type activities like yoga. The Shroom is constructed from a flexible, yet strong, synthetic rubber. It will support the weight of persons up to 200 pounds, but it is flexible enough to be used by children 8-years and older. The mushroom shape allows the device to progressively cushion the impact of cartwheels, flips and handstands. The Tumbler provides excellent traction on a variety of surfaces and supports weight and load in a broad array of angular positions. The SkiTrek attaches to a ski pole and can be used passively or with a cable for quick, precision pole plants. Useful for Nordic (cross-country) skiing where upper body strength is required for propulsion and in Alpine (downhill) mogul skiing. Helps maintain balance and body posture. Useful in lift lines and for general maneuvering, skating, etc. Also applicable to mountaineering when used with a hiking/trekking pole. The device does not have a pole break-away system but does have a quick manual detach and the pole will tear free if snagged from behind and can be easily removed for chair lift safety. The pole is held in retracted position by an adjustable tension elastic bungee until extended by a cable pull. Universal right or left fit. SuperSports are designed to enable two-handed performance in all types of recreational and athletic activities, especially those in which player contact and collision can occur, or where more expensive prosthetics are not wanted. Made with polyurethane elastomer and a metal core allows it to flex and extend with external pressure and absorb shock. Cupped for push/pull function as warranted. Great for basketball, soccer, football, volleyball, skating, jogging, aerobics, dance, martial arts and much more. The SuperSport Hand have also been used very successfully by parents in handling infants and playing with children. The Violin Bow Adapter uses a lockable ball and socket component modified to readily screw into any standard prosthesis. The Adapter can be adjusted to any angle to help ensure optimal natural playing position and technique; the bow is held in place with set screws. Universal right or left fit. The Pro Cuff DM is designed for wrist disarticulate and specific partial hand absences and includes an adjustable position/length Prosthosis Distal Disconnect Wrist System (PDD1000) and a Long Disconnect Insert (PDTA101). The In-line terminal device mounting system provides for improved device control and balance. The Distal Disconnect Wrist System has in excess of two inches of length positioning adjustment to accommodate various partial hand and wrist disarticulate configurations. A prosthetist simply drills and rivets the bracket system into its final configuration based upon user’s limb morphology. Four Chicago-style threaded rivets included for securing bracket onto prosthosis. The cuff is constructed of re-formable, low temperature plastic-foam laminates and features built in BOA cable closure and tension technology, an AFT lift-off tab, and limb capture and retention. The cuff completely opens up for easy don/doff using a dual hook and loop closure system.

Designed for partial/paralyzed/weak hand or wrist disarticulate users, the adult one-size-fits-most-cuff attaches to the existing limb and allows for a terminal device to be attached and positioned as needed. The standard Pro Cuff is five inches long, light-weight, strong, and useable in water. It comes with a high performance, BOA® cable closure. The cuff is constructed of low-temperature, foam laminates, a thermo-moldable carbon sheet is included. The cuff hardware allows the mounting of components medially on the forearm rather than distally to avoid added length. The device disconnect system offers multiple mounting options for most Fillauer TRS devices. This bracket system is easily modified to accept Texas Assistive Devices®. Heavy duty applications will require the addition of internal and possibly external, carbon fiber reinforcement to secure the brackets. Heat moldable carbon fiber sheet included with every Pro Cuff. Also available in a pediatric size.

The Point Endo is a two joint ratcheting prosthetic finger specifically designed to be integrated into a cosmetic silicone covering. It is designed for light to medium duty applications and has a narrow profile and smooth exterior with no grip surfaces or contours. 

Point Designs' prosthetic fingers are made from semi-hollow titanium using a direct metal laser sintering process. The Point Endo takes all that we have learned from our other products and reduces weight and digit profile, while enabling integration with a cosmetic covering.

The Point Thumb is a heavy-duty, passive articulating prosthetic thumb designed to be both lightweight and strong, using a novel ratcheting mechanism to lock into 11 unique positions of flexion.
