Agotex is a carefully engineered material designed as an effective substitute for natural suede but with high performance characteristics.

Alcantara is a high quailty microfibre cover material. It is light weight, washable, resistant to staining, sweat and moisture.

Leathertec cover material is high quality, breathable, thermal controlled, anti-odour, and processable Microfiber for orthotics. It’s comfortable, stain-resistant, light-resistant, and washable.

Reel size is 120mm wide x 45m long x 0.7mm thick. Being cut to a reel means it is much easier to handle and there can be far less waste than conventional covers bought in a large square piece. 

Natural Pig Skin Leather/Hide is available in Black or Tan. Each sheet/skin size varies and is sold per sheet/skin. Price is per square foot (approx. 15 sq. ft.).

Pigtex (previouly know as Alfa Pig) is a high quality, competitively priced alternative for those patients requiring a Pig Skin Top Cover. 

PS Vlies (previously known as HS Cover) is a microfleece material that can be used as an upper, lining or cover material.

Resur - Low pressure polyethylene, a rigid thermoplastic. Heat moldable at 160 - 170°C, vacuum formable, easy to use, does not shrink.

EVA 260 Density. 975mm x 870mm. Available in Black, Blue, Grey, or White.

Laminated sheets are easy to grind, cut, and/or shape to any size using standard equipment. They are available in various colours and thicknesses.

nora® Lunasoft SLW are extremely lightweight, soft, smooth EVA expanded sheets. Lunasoft SLW is lightweight, dimensionally stable, flexible and resilient; washable and hygienic thanks to closed cell structure. 

Polyester fabric with a very soft plush surface and hypo-allergenic adhesive back. 

Poron with Kashmeer cover provides superior cushioning and comfort. Ideal for various applications requiring durable, soft support.

Triblock Polymer Gel can be cut to desired shapes for foot pain relief. Pure Gel Squares without adhesive backing. Washable, reusable. Pack size: 2 sheets (10cm x 10cm).

Poron with Proliner Cover combines durable, open-cell foam for long-lasting cushioning with a Proliner top cover for added comfort and protection.

EVA and Latex non-slip insole base material, heat moldable at 120-140°C, approx. 45 Shore A, sheet size: 900 x 1200mm.

Astro Form 8 is a soft, resilient cellular rubber with excellent thermoforming properties and hygienic closed cell structure. Ideal for orthotics, heel cushioning, and diabetes-adapted foot care.

EVA 300 Density refers to Ethylene Vinyl Acetate with a density of approximately 0.93 to 1.0 g/cm³. This material is known for its flexibility, toughness, and good aging stability.

NORA Lunairflex is an EVA copolymer sheet, 3mm thick, in flesh color, measuring 980 x 640mm. It is soft, resilient, and ideal for orthotic applications.

Reinforcing material for foot supports, thermo-moldable at 90-130°C, glue-coated on one side. Thickness: 1.3mm. Color: Beige. Sheet size: 1000 x 1400mm.

Poly-U Reel Double Split is a durable material, typically used in orthotic applications. It features a double-sided buffed finish for enhanced texture and performance.

Poron Medical Blue is a 1.6mm thick material, buffed on both sides, sold per metre. It's ideal for cushioning and biomechanical support in orthotic and prosthetic applications.

Plastazote FLESH is a lightweight, durable, and compressible thermoplastic foam. It's often used in orthotics for its excellent cushioning and support properties. 

Poron Medical Blue is a high-performance foam, 1.6mm thick, buffed on one side. It's used in orthotics for excellent cushioning, shock absorption, and support.

The Volara Soft Foam is a versatile closed-cell foam.

Proliner is a non woven workhorse fabric that can be used on the underside of forefoot extensions to reduce wear, to a Vamp lining in shoes, or simply to cover an orthotic.
