The OPED VACOped Short is the shorter and lighter version of the VACOped. It is a cast-stable function orthosis for the immobilisation of the foot and ankle. With the ability to provide a range of motion, the VACOped allows for greater freedom of movement than a plaster cast and has been proven to shorten a patient’s recovery process. *15deg wedge sole sold separately

The VACOpedes Diabetic is an excellent offloading option for patients who cannot tolerate a full-height boot. Low height and built in range of motion allow for easy walking gait. Excellent choice for patients who have difficulty walking in high boot.
