This compact, lightweight prosthetic knee is ideally suited to individuals with low activity level who need the security of a locked knee during walking.

The Fillauer DuraTwist is a durable, endoskeletal torque absorber designed for lower-limb prostheses. It enables 20° of internal/external rotation, reducing shear forces on the residual limb. Lightweight, waterproof, and ISO-compliant, it enhances comfort and mobility for active users at K2–K3 levels, supporting smoother, more natural movement during daily activities.

Our Greek Series Infant Hands are realistically molded from soft, flexible, durable polymers. The ALPHA (2-12 months), BETA (10-24 months) and GAMMA (20-36 months) models are gender-neutral with visible fingernails and creasing, and are all slightly different to reflect the developing anatomy of a child’s hand. The hands are perfect for crawling and bi-manual object control and passive object holding, no cabling required. The material is easily cleaned and daily cleaning is recommended. For children ages 6-months to 36-months and all levels of limb absence. The half-inch diameter threaded stud at the wrist is removeable. We recommend the TRS Infant Wrist or Child Wrist for this series. 

Law Comfort limb socks make extensive use of natural and technical fibres produced using the most flexible knitting machines, including a specially built electronically programmable machine for larger sizes.

The "SoftskinAir®" developed by Uniprox GmbH & Co. KG is the world's first breathable silicone liner. Special micro pores drain perspiration and moisture from the stump, so that skin irritations, moisture accumulation and unwanted slipping out can be avoided.

Fine COOLMAX® socks with Elastane/nylon that are thin and soft on the skin and are designed to give a smooth wrinkle free fit. These socks are 1.1mm thick.

The ESK+ with weight activated stance control and Stanceflex, offers a safe and smooth gait for moderately active Level 2-4 users. The pneumatic swing control may be adjusted to suit the individual and set for regular up to dynamic walking pace.

The L’il E-Z is the first product to be successfully developed and manufactured under a cooperative agreement between Los Amigos Research and Education Institute (LAREI) (Rancho Los Amigos) and Fillauer TRS Inc. It’s designed to be a child’s first functional, anatomically correct prosthetic hand.

L’il E-Zs have unique, self-energizing grasping mechanical components, molded inside a soft flexible polymer body. Life-like, molded anatomical features balance the device aesthetics with function, no glove required. The thumb opens easily to allow for an object to be inserted and held but resists easy object release. This makes it useful for crawling and bilateral control as well as unilateral manipulation. Recommended for trans-radial and trans-humeral infants 6-months to 24-months old. We recommend the TRS Infant wrist made specifically for the L’il E-Z hand. No cabling.
