LBG Medical, formerly Langer UK, launched its custom orthotic lab to develop and pioneer biomechanical solutions for the UK medical industry.
After two years of intensive research and development, the first concept of our biomechanical orthotic technology was created. Shortly after, we introduced our Bio Range of prefabricated orthotics—initially released as a flexible EVA shell—followed by a series of additional EVA designs tailored to treat a wide range of foot conditions.
Today, the Bio Range stands as a prestigious and exclusive collection of medical-grade, off-the-shelf orthotics, complete with complimentary customisation components provided at no additional cost.
