INTELECT TRANSPORT 2 ULTRASOUND BUNDLE

The Intelect Transport 2 ULTRASOUND is an ultrasound therapy system used with or without an optional cart. Ultrasound frequencies of 1 or 3.3 MHz are available with pulsed or continuous duty cycles (10%, 20%, 50% and 100%).

The device comes standard with a 5cm2 ultrasound applicator, with additional sizes are available. Coupling detection settings give the option to alert the clinician when the applicator has become decoupled from the patient by an audible beep and stopping the treatment timer.

ULTRASOUND INDICATIONS

Application of therapeutic deep heat for the treatment of selected sub-chronic and chronic medical conditions such as:

• Relief of pain, muscle spasms and joint contractures that may be associated with conditions such as:
  - Adhesive capsulitis
  - Bursitis with slight calcification
  - Myositis
  - Soft tissue injuries
  - Shortened tendons due to past injuries and scar tissues
• Relief of sub-chronic and chronic pain and joint contractures resulting from:
  - Capsular tightness
  - Capsular scarring
