Self-adhesive heel raisers. Sold in a pack of 5 pairs. Available in two heights: low 4mm (approx 4mm in middle – 8mm at heel) and high 6mm (approx 6mm at middle -10mm at heel).

Self-adhesive metatarsal domes. Designed to support the transverse arch and reduce excessive metatarsal loading. 

Self adhesive rearfoot wedges. Sold in a pack of 5 pairs. May be used as a medial or a lateral wedge.
