Overview

Use Door Anchor to secure bands or tubing at any point along a standard door frame. Assist Strap has one loop for an extremity, and one loop to attach band or tubing. Accessories Kit includes a Door Acnhor, an Assist Strap, and two Exercise Handles. Sports Handle is 30.5cm long abd allows to hands to grasp easily. Exercise Handles are supplied as a pair, with easy grip handle. Extremity Strap has a cuff at one end, and a cinching mecanism to secure the band or tubing.
