ACTIPRO PILATES STABILITY BALL

Now available in two sizes: Regular (maximum diameter of 230mm) and Small (maximum diameter of 150mm). This small, inflatable ball can be used in Pilates, as an unstable device for exercise and rehabilitation, and to support the back during floor exercises. It is ideal for targeting and toning abdominal muscles, glutes, back, thighs and upper arms. The compact size enables the ball to rotate into target areas of stiffness and soreness, promoting muscular strength and flexibility. The OPC Pilates Ball is supplied with a plug and straw for inflation.
