MELOLIN

Melolin is a wound dressing that has a highly absorbent cotton and acrylic fibre pad which is heat bonded on one side to a very thin perforated polyester film. The low adherent, film side of the dressing is placed next to the wound. Suitable for post-operative and casualty use; on clean and sutured wounds; for abrasions, lacerations and minor burns. Melolin can be cut to size with scissors without losing its integrity.
