Medstock PU island dressing is made of highly permeable polyurethane film coated with medical acrylic adhesive, with a non-woven wound pad.

Product Description:

Transparent and waterproof/sterile
The polyurethane film is extra thin, highly permeable, soft and highly elastic

Product Performance:

Create an occlusive environment, whilst being absorbent and permeable to oxygen and moisture
Hypoallergenic
Mild peeling strength
Does not roll up or drop off skin
Prevents bacterial invasion and accelerates wound healing

Application:

Use on nil to mild exudate wounds only
Grazes, abrasions and superficial burns
Surgical wounds
Retention to alginates, hydrogels, hydrocolloids and gauze dressing
