      Simple flexibility tool. Useful for the reduction of back pain caused by muscle tightness and poor posture. Each LOCKEROOM Stretchband is supplied with a detailed chart demonstrating the use of Stretchband to target different body areas of pain, stiffness and tightness.

      Can be used for improving shoulder flexibility, calf tightness, buttock tightness, groin flexibility, lateral hip tightness, lateral knee pain, anterior knee pain, mid and lower back stiffness, thigh and hamstring tightness. Available in three sizes based on height.
