FUNCTIONAL WRIST

The DeRoyal Functional Wrist was developed for the rheumatic patient, providing support, comfort, breathability and warmth. Soft, microfleece material on the inside of the splint insulates the skin while allowing perspiration to pass. Hook and loop closure design removes pressure from the ulna styloid. The malleable palmar stay provides flexible support. Does not extend past the distal palmar crease allowing full motion. Provides a medium level of support. Good for treating mild sprains and strains of the wrist, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, overuse injuries, tenosynovitis, osteoarthritis and arthritis.
