This extended version of the wraparound thumb splint supports the wrist. Ideal for carpal tunnel, deQuervain's, joint instabilities, and post-surgical repair. Wide neoloop strap adds extra compression around the wrist. Measure circumference of MCP joints at the distal palmar crease.
