NOTE: This product contains 42% urea, which is a very high concentration. Due to the nature of urea, when the product is exposed to air crystallisation can occur around the opening. This may appear as a chalky or salty residue and is considered a normal characteristic of high-urea formulations. There may be a brown colour associated with the now improved concentration of salicylic acid.
