LOCKEROOM TE TWISTER

TETwister was developed specifically for Tennis (and Golfers) elbow sufferers. It allows for graduated self-managed progression towards recovery by strengthening both the Agonists (Extensor muscles) and Antagonists (Flexor muscles) in both arms at the same time. Regular use will help prevent symptoms of Tennis Elbow by maintaining forearm muscle strength.
