Pain relief from the everyday pain of heel strike. To be worn inside shoes to help prevent sore heels and knees, shin splints and heel spurs.

Tuli's Classic Heel Cups incorporate a waffle design to absorb shock and are suitable for wear inside dress and sports style shoes.

Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups are twice as thick as the Classic style, and are recommended for high impact sports and more spacious lace up shoes.
