|How do I know if a product is in stock?|
Products marked in stock ('YES' in pricing table) are ready for immediate shipping from our Port Melbourne warehouse. In the case where "No" appears in the Available column of the product pricing table, either we are waiting for a shipment from a supplier or the product must be special ordered. In either case you will be notified by phone with an estimated delivery date after placing your order.

|What freight method does OPC Health use?|
The standard shipping method for all orders placed through opchealth.com.au is Australia Post Registered Post. Due to the high value of our products, this is currently the only available option for online orders. We use this premium service to ensure fast and safe delivery of your goods.
Standard online freight is $16.50. Orders over 20kg will be charged an additional freight fee. We will contact you before your item(s) are shipped to confirm this charge.
If you are a health practitioner with an ABN, contact us for your online shipping rates.
|How long will my order take to arrive?|
For items in stock, orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri will be shipped the same day. Please note approximate delivery times below.

|Can I check the status of my order?|
Yes, your order history is listed in 'My Account'. After you login, select 'Order Inquiry' from the panel to the left. Each product is listed by order number. Allocated means we have the item in stock and is ready for shipping from our Port Melbourne warehouse.
